The First Visit

The patient will fill out a patient information form indicating or describes his/her complaint or pain in your own words.

Dr. Chu will evaluate the area of complaint and proceed to find the source of the discomfort by conducting several tests including orthopedic and neurological examinations.

When the source is determined an x-ray of the area may be taken.
-
Dr. Chu will discuss with you whether you need treatment or a referral is required.
